Cash Deposits for Estimated AD Duties Stopped
Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to discontinue collection of cash deposits for estimated antidumping duties on mattresses from Indonesia, effective February 28, 2025. Importers will no longer have to post those estimated cash deposits after that date.
Suspension of Liquidation Continues for Unliquidated Entries
Entries of mattresses from Indonesia that remained unliquidated or are under injunctions as of February 28, 2025, will remain suspended from liquidation until there is a 'final and conclusive' court decision. This includes entries for PT. Zinus Global Indonesia, PT Ecos Jaya Indonesia, and PT Grantec Jaya Indonesia, and entries for specified review periods (e.g., May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023 and entries entered between May 1, 2023 and February 28, 2025).
