South Carolina CSAPR Trading Update Approved

The revision incorporates amendments to the Federal Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) trading programs for annual nitrogen oxides (NOx) and sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions from large electric generating units (EGUs) and is approved as consistent with the CSAPR trading programs and the Clean Air Act.
