Hybrid public meeting on April 9, 2025
The Oak Ridge Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board will hold a hybrid public meeting on April 9, 2025, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. EDT at the DOE Information Center in Oak Ridge and virtually via Zoom. Local residents, environmental groups, and other stakeholders can attend in person or online to hear updates and participate.

If you want to attend the meeting virtually via Zoom, you must email [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, April 7, 2025 to receive virtual access. Failure to send this RSVP by the deadline may prevent virtual attendance.

You can submit written public comments to be read aloud if received by 5:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, April 7, 2025; written comments will also be accepted after the meeting until 5:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, April 14, 2025. Individuals who speak during the meeting are limited to a maximum of five minutes each.
