If you are a lineal descendant, Indian Tribe, or Native Hawaiian organization named in this notice, the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests intends to return human remains and associated funerary objects, unassociated funerary objects, sacred objects, or objects of cultural patrimony removed from Federal or Tribal lands under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA).
