Logan and Wayne counties now eligible
If your business is in Logan or Wayne County, West Virginia, you can apply for both Physical Damage and Economic Injury disaster loans related to the February 15, 2025 incident. These loan options were added by the Presidential amendment issued March 10, 2025.
Contiguous counties eligible for EIDL only
Businesses in the contiguous counties of Boyd and Lawrence (Kentucky), Lawrence (Ohio), and Cabell (West Virginia) are eligible only for Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) related to the February 15, 2025 incident. This eligibility was added by the Presidential amendment issued March 10, 2025.
