If you need captions, closed captioning is available during the meetings by selecting "CC" in the meeting platform. This lets people who are deaf or hard of hearing follow the discussion in real time.
Accommodation requests require 10 business days' notice
If you need additional accommodations, you must email [email protected] at least 10 business days before each meeting. Requests made later than that may not be met, which could limit your ability to participate.
You can submit written comments within 30 days
You may submit written comments about the meetings; comments must be received in the regional office within 30 days following each scheduled meeting and may be emailed to Evelyn Bohor at [email protected] with "Colorado Committee" in the subject line. This gives the public a chance to provide input in writing after the meetings.
Public may make brief oral statements at meeting
Before each meeting adjourns, the committee chair will announce that any member of the public may make a brief oral statement, as time allows. This gives individuals an opportunity to speak directly to the committee on the study topic during the April 2 and April 16, 2025 meetings.
