HUD will collect vendor supply‑chain information

If you are a current or prospective information and communications technology (ICT) vendor for HUD, HUD will collect information about your supply chain risk management practices through a new HUD SCRM (Supply Chain Risk Management) Questionnaire to evaluate vendor SCRM practices in line with Executive Orders 14017 and 14028, the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act, and NIST SP 800-161 guidance.

Pre‑award questionnaire: ~4 hours and $184 per vendor

If you respond to HUD's Vendor Pre‑Award Questionnaire, HUD estimates 240 respondents will each spend 4 hours completing it, using an hourly cost of $45.93; that equates to about $183.72 per response and a total annual cost of $44,092.80 for all respondents.

Annual current‑vendor questionnaire: ~2 hours and $92 per vendor

If you are a current HUD ICT vendor, HUD estimates 110 respondents will each spend 2 hours completing an annual Current Vendor Questionnaire, using an hourly cost of $45.93; that equals about $91.86 per response and a total annual cost of $10,104.60 for all respondents.
