Antidumping Duties on DOTP Imports
The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) from the Republic of Türkiye was sold in the United States at less than fair value for the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. As a result, antidumping duties will be imposed on DOTP imports from Türkiye and companies that import DOTP should prepare for possible cost increases.
