Settlement Resolves Wildfire Costs
On March 21, 2025, Pacific Gas and Electric Company filed an Offer of Settlement that resolves all issues set for hearing in Docket No. ER24-96-000 and certain wildfire cost recovery issues raised in protests in Docket Nos. ER19-13-000 and ER24-529-000. The Settlement was assigned Docket No. ER25-1721-000; comments on the wildfire cost recovery parts are due within seven days of this notice dated May 14, 2025.
