No Paper ELD Manual Requirement

If you are a truck driver or run a motor carrier, you will no longer have to keep a paper electronic logging device (ELD) operator's manual inside the commercial motor vehicle (CMV). The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) proposes rescinding that in-vehicle manual requirement to reduce paperwork and regulatory burden without compromising safety.
