Commerce preliminarily determined that Thong Thuan Company Limited and Thong Thuan Cam Ranh Seafood Joint Stock Company (Thong Thuan/TTCR) did not sell certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam at prices below normal value during the period of review, February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024. The preliminary finding names these companies as not having made sales below normal value (NV).
24 Exporters Eligible for Separate Rates
Commerce preliminarily determined that 24 exporters of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam are eligible for separate rates during the period of review, February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024. These exporters are identified as eligible for individual (separate) rate treatment rather than being treated as part of a Vietnam-wide entity.
Review Rescinded for Non-Shipping Exporters
Commerce is rescinding the administrative review for certain exporters that had no reviewable entries of the subject merchandise during the period of review, February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024. The rescission applies specifically to exporters with no reviewable shipments in that 12-month period.

On June 1, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated the first sunset review of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof (lawn mowers) from the People's Republic of China (China) and the AD order on lawn mowers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). Because no domestic party responded to the sunset review notice of initiation by the applicable deadline, consistent with section 751(c)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), Commerce is revoking the AD and CVD orders on lawn mowers from China and the AD order on lawn mowers from Vietnam.
