Access will be provided under the listed contracts (e.g., Contract Nos. 68HERD23D0003; 68HERC23A0004; 47QFCA22F0018) and may include data submitted under FIFRA sections 3, 4, 6, and 7 and FFDCA section 408.
Contractors Must Protect and Return/Destroy CBI
The contractors must sign agreements to protect information, submit EPA-approved security plans, may use the information only for the contract purposes, are prohibited from disclosing it to third parties without prior written EPA approval (per 40 CFR 2.307(h)(3)), and must destroy or return CBI materials to EPA at the conclusion of the contracts.

After consideration of the public comments received on the NPRM, the agencies are issuing this notice to supplement the NPRM with additional regulatory options on certain aspects of the proposed rule.
