Five-Year Review of Wind Tower Duties

The International Trade Commission has started reviews under the Tariff Act of 1930 to decide whether to revoke countervailing duty orders on utility-scale wind towers from Canada and Vietnam and antidumping duty orders on utility-scale wind towers from Canada, Indonesia, South Korea, and Vietnam. If you import or make these wind towers, the review could lead to duties being continued or revoked, and the Commission is asking interested parties to submit the requested information to the Commission.
