ICC Cleared for Côte d'Ivoire CDS
On June 26, 2025 the SEC approved ICE Clear Credit LLC (ICC) to clear an additional standard emerging market sovereign single-name credit default swap (SES) contract that references the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. The change amends Rule 26D-102 to add Côte d'Ivoire to ICC's list of Eligible SES Reference Entities, and ICC will clear that contract under its existing risk-management framework and related procedures.
