SBA Publishes Newly-Licensed SBICs
Starting August 17, 2023, the Small Business Administration publishes in the Federal Register the names of newly licensed Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs), the date of licensure, and each SBIC's Total Intended Leverage Commitments. If you run or advise a small business, these public listings let you see which SBICs are officially licensed and their stated leverage plans.
