You cannot access or move any money or property in the United States that is owned by people added to OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List. The rule says all property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of those listed persons are blocked, effective immediately.
U.S. Persons Barred From Doing Business
