Tribal gaming fee rates stay the same
If you operate a gaming operation under the National Indian Gaming Commission’s jurisdiction, the Commission is keeping its annual fee rates the same effective November 1, 2025: 0.00% for tier 1, 0.08% for tier 2, and 0.04% for tribes with a certificate of self-regulation (half of the annual rate) on Class II revenues.
