Seven-year export ban for Mascorro

Third parties barred from dealing with Denied Person
From the date of the Order until July 31, 2031, no person may export, reexport, transfer, facilitate acquisition by, acquire from, obtain from, or service (including install, maintain, repair, modify, or test) items subject to the Regulations for or on behalf of the Denied Person. These prohibitions apply to any transaction involving items exported or to be exported from the United States that are subject to the Export Administration Regulations.
Related firms may be covered to prevent evasion
Any person, firm, corporation, or business organization related to Mascorro by ownership, control, position, affiliation, or other connection in trade or business may also be made subject to this Order to prevent evasion. BIS may extend the Order's provisions to related entities under Sections 766.23 and 766.25 of the Regulations.
Right to appeal the denial order
Mascorro may file an appeal of this Order with the Under Secretary of Commerce for Industry and Security within 45 days from the date of the Order, following the procedures in Part 756 of the Export Administration Regulations.
