USPS files new competitive contracts
On December 19, 2025, the Postal Service asked the Postal Regulatory Commission to add two negotiated service agreements to the Competitive Product List: Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail & USPS Ground Advantage Contract 1471 (Docket Nos. MC2026-142 and K2026-142) and Parcel Select Contract 63 (Docket Nos. MC2026-143 and K2026-143). These filings start formal review of those contracts by the Commission.
