During construction the applicant proposes a short-term drawdown of the Riley impoundment of approximately 1 to 2 feet below the permanent spillway crest. This drawdown would occur only for the construction period.
Other proposed upgrades withdrawn for lack of funding
The applicant withdrew previously proposed modifications, including replacement of the turbine-generator unit at the Jay development and installation of gorilla bars at the Riley development, due to lack of approved funding. Those specific upgrades will not proceed as part of this amendment.
