Annual Fees Adopted for Class ETF Shares
If you issue or list Class ETF Shares on NYSE Arca, the Exchange will charge annual listing fees for those shares starting February 2, 2026. The Exchange says these annual fees will be added to its Fee Schedule and will apply to all issuers of Class ETF Shares.
Specific Fee Tiers and Dollar Amounts
The Exchange will apply the same annual fee tiers to Class ETF Shares as other Exchange Traded Products. The non-actively-managed tiers are: under 25 million shares = $8,500; 25 million to 99,999,999 = $15,000; 100 million to 249,999,999 = $25,000; 250 million and over = $30,000. Actively managed or similar ETP tiers are: under 25 million = $10,000; 25 million to 99,999,999 = $15,000; 100 million to 249,999,999 = $25,000; 250 million and over = $30,000.
Timing and Calculation of Annual Fees
Annual fees are assessed each January in the first full calendar year after listing and are calculated using the aggregate total shares outstanding as reported by the issuer in its most recent periodic filing or other public information. This means an issuer's fee for a given year is based on reported shares outstanding and is charged annually in January.
Class ETF Shares Added to ETP Definition
The Exchange will add Class ETF Shares to footnote 3 that defines "Exchange Traded Products" in the Fee Schedule, so Class ETF Shares will be included in the Fee Schedule's ETP definitions and treated under the same fee rules.
