RIC Membership Online Form Requirement
If you are a small business or partner organization that is a member of an SBA-funded Regional Innovation Cluster (RIC), you will be asked to complete a new online "Regional Innovation Cluster Membership Onboarding Form" so SBA can track RIC membership. The notice estimates 3,250 total annual responses and a total annual hour burden of 344.5 hours. Public comments on this information collection are due March 16, 2026.
