Tobacco Firms Must Notify FDA
If you are a tobacco product manufacturer, distributor, or retailer and plan to use an advertising or labeling medium not listed in 21 CFR 1140.30(a)(1), you must notify FDA describing the medium and how much it may be seen by persons younger than 18. The notice must be submitted 30 days before using the medium.
