U.S. Persons Cannot Deal With Listed Nicaraguans
On February 26, 2026, OFAC added five named Nicaraguan officials (Denis Membreno Rivas; Johana Vanessa Flores Jimenez; Leonel Jose Gutierrez Lopez; Celia Margarita Reyes Ochoa; Aldo Martin Saenz Ulloa) to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
