U.S. Persons Cannot Deal With Listed Nicaraguans
On February 26, 2026, OFAC added five named Nicaraguan officials (Denis Membreno Rivas; Johana Vanessa Flores Jimenez; Leonel Jose Gutierrez Lopez; Celia Margarita Reyes Ochoa; Aldo Martin Saenz Ulloa) to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List.
