18-Month On-Ramp Discounts Introduced
If you become a new NYSE Arca Equity Trading Permit (ETP) holder, the Exchange offers stepped discounts on fixed membership-related fees for up to 18 months starting March 6, 2026. The discount schedule is 100% off in months 1–6, 50% off in months 7–12, and 25% off in months 13–18.
Port Fees Covered for First 10 Ports
If you are a new ETP holder, the Program covers discounts for the first 10 order/quote entry ports and the first 10 drop copy ports. Each order/quote entry port currently costs $621 per month; under the Program the first 10 such ports are free in months 1–6, billed at $310.50 each in months 7–12 (50% discount), and billed at $465.75 each in months 13–18 (25% discount).
Discounts on Specific Market Data Fees
New ETP holders may receive discounts on specified NYSE Arca market data products (including NYSE Arca Integrated Feed, NYSE ArcaBook, Aggregated Lite, BBO, Trades, and Order Imbalances) for up to 18 months. Eligible fee types include Access Fees, Per User (if applicable), certain Professional User (internal use), Non-Professional, Non-Display, Redistribution, and Multiple Data Feed Fees, subject to Program rules and exclusions.
Eligibility Limits and Exclusions Defined
Not all firms qualify: to be eligible you must not have been an NYSE Arca permit holder with an activated trading license within the prior 18 months, you can enroll only once, and affiliates (defined as under 75% common ownership or control of an existing ETP Holder) are ineligible. Firms that subscribed to Eligible Market Data Fees within the prior 18 months are ineligible for the Program's market data discounts, and Program discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
