NCNTTA Cooperative Agreement Funding
ANA intends to fund one FY 2026 National Center for Native Training and Technical Assistance (NCNTTA) cooperative agreement with incremental funding totaling $3,100,000 (ceiling) over a 36-month project period with three 12-month budget periods.
SEDS Replaced by EAGLE and AI3
ANA will replace the Social and Economic Development Strategies (SEDS) and SEDS-Alaska (SEDS-AK) NOFOs with the new EAGLE program and the AI3 Action Institute for FY 2026. Existing SEDS and SEDS-AK awards will not be affected.
Consolidation of TTA Contracts
ANA will consolidate four existing Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) contracts into a single cooperative agreement to integrate services, strengthen quality and impact, reduce administrative burden, and increase flexibility in responding to grantee needs.
Sustainability Plan Required in Applications
Applicants to EAGLE project areas will be required to include information on how they plan to sustain the project after the federal funding ends.
TTA NOFO Open to For‑Profit and Nonprofit Entities
Applications for the NCNTTA cooperative agreement's Training and Technical Assistance services will be accepted from both for-profit and non-profit entities that satisfy the eligibility criteria set forth in the TTA NOFO.
