Application Eligibility and Vetting Rules
Applicants must have experience in tribal tax, IRS field agent training, or Native American financial officer training, may not be federally-registered lobbyists, and must agree to and pass a pre-appointment IRS tax compliance check and an FBI criminal background investigation in accordance with Treasury Directive 21-03.
