Free Hybrid Workshop on Formula Rates
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is holding a free workshop on May 12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time about electric transmission formula rate processes. Guidance for Utilities and Data Users
The workshop provides a forum for Commission staff, jurisdictional utilities, and transmission formula rate data users to discuss: mechanics of transmission formula rates; implementation protocols; annual updates (including filing requirements and common deficiencies); the audit program; common compliance issues; and regulatory accounting. The event is free, hybrid, and runs May 12, 2026, 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
