90-day environmental review timing

Within 90 days of this Notice the Commission staff will either complete its environmental review and place it in the public record, or issue a Notice of Schedule for Environmental Review. If a Notice of Schedule is issued, it will show the anticipated date for the final environmental impact statement (FEIS) or environmental assessment (EA), and federal and state agencies will need to complete necessary authorizations within 90 days of the staff's FEIS or EA.
