Published Date: 4/8/2026
Notice
Summary
The U.S. Department of Commerce is canceling the review of special taxes on certain steel tubes from Switzerland for June 2024 to May 2025 because the main Swiss companies didn’t sell any of these tubes to the U.S. during that time. This means no changes or extra money will be involved for those companies right now. The decision kicks in starting April 8, 2026.

Rescission for Three Swiss Tubing Firms

This means no changes or extra money will be required from those named companies as of April 8, 2026.

Commerce states that no cash deposit rates will change and that current cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties at rates equal to the cash deposit required at the time of entry, and intends to issue assessment instructions no earlier than 35 days after this rescission notice is published in the Federal Register.
