HUD-903 Remains Complaint Option
You can file a housing discrimination complaint with HUD using Form HUD-903. HUD will continue to accept HUD-903 submissions in person, by mail, or via the internet and uses the form to collect information needed to process complaints under the Fair Housing Act and other federal civil rights laws.
VAWA Enforcement Info Added
The HUD-903 form was revised to include information about FHEO's authority to file and investigate complaints under the 2022 reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), effective October 1, 2022, and HUD published Notice FHEO-2023-01 on January 20, 2023.
