AJNA Seeks Bulk Manufacture of Psilocybin

If you are a researcher or a business that conducts Schedule I clinical research, AJNA Biosciences applied on March 23, 2026 to be registered as a bulk manufacturer of psilocybin (drug code 7437) and psilocyn (drug code 7438), both Schedule I. If granted, the registration would allow AJNA to bulk manufacture these substances to support internal research, clinical trials, and analytical purposes and to distribute them to customers conducting Schedule I clinical research; no other activities would be authorized.

Stakeholders May Comment or Request Hearing

If you are a registered bulk manufacturer or an applicant, you may submit electronic comments or objections on the AJNA application or file a written request for a hearing on or before June 22, 2026 through https://www.regulations.gov. Upon submission you will receive a Comment Tracking Number; comments are not instantly viewable but a tracking number confirms successful submission.
