Antidumping & Subsidy Probe into Tris Imports

The U.S. International Trade Commission has opened antidumping and countervailing duty investigations into imports of Tris (Hydroxymethyl)aminomethane and Tris HCl from China to determine whether they are sold at less than fair value or subsidized by the Government of China and whether U.S. industry is materially injured. The Commission must reach a preliminary determination by June 5, 2026 and must transmit its views to the Department of Commerce by June 12, 2026.
