Broader Non-Display License Coverage

The Exchange changed the definition of Non-Display Usage to include facilitation of access and to require that the purpose not be solely supporting a human display. If you are a Controlled Distributor, the Exchange now says you are exempt from Display Usage fees when the data is used only for software development, quality assurance, testing, sales support for redistribution, or technical monitoring.
