Broadband Point-of-Sale Labels Required

If you shop for internet service, providers must display a broadband consumer label at the point of sale that shows prices, whether a price is an introductory rate and the price after the introductory period, data allowances, speeds, and whether the provider participates in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Labels must be shown on providers' websites, retail locations, and over the phone, be available in customers' online accounts, be accessible for people with disabilities and non-English speakers, be machine-readable on websites, and be archived for no less than two years after a plan is removed.
