New International Contract Added

On April 24, 2026 the Postal Service filed to add Priority Mail Express International, Priority Mail International, and First‑Class Package International Service Contract 112 to the Competitive Product List. The Postal Regulatory Commission invited public comment on that filing, with comments due May 4, 2026. If you run a business that uses these competitive international mail services, this new contract could change the pricing or service options you see.

Standardized Products Added Without Comment

On April 24, 2026 the Postal Service filed to add two standardized distinct products (PM‑GA Contract 969 — Fulfillment, and PM‑GA Contract 970 — Mid‑Market) that are reviewed in summary proceedings. Under the rules cited (39 CFR 3041.325(c)(2) and 3041.505(f)(1) and 3041.405(c)-(d)), the Commission does not appoint a Public Representative or request public comment for these summary proceedings. Businesses that would use these standardized products will see the additions reviewed through the summary process without a public comment period.
