Public can join and comment

You can join the Oregon Advisory Committee meetings via Zoom on May 5, 2026 (2:30–3:30 p.m. PT) and May 29, 2026 (12:30–2:00 p.m. PT). Any interested member of the public may listen and there will be an open comment period to speak as time allows; you may also submit written comments by emailing Kayla Fajota within 30 days following each meeting. Meeting agendas and meeting records will be available online at the meeting agenda and records links provided by the Commission.

Phone access: landline free, wireless may cost

You can join the meetings by phone at 1-833-435-1820 (toll free); callers who use land-line connections to that toll-free number will incur no charge, but callers who initiate calls over wireless lines may incur regular charges under their wireless plans and the Commission will not refund any incurred charges. Webinar IDs for the meetings are provided in the notice.

Accessibility: captioning and accommodations

Closed captioning is available during the Zoom meetings by selecting “CC” in the Zoom platform, and additional accommodations can be requested by emailing Angelica Trevino at least 10 business days prior to the meeting. Requests should be sent to the Support Services Specialist at the email address provided.
