Electronic Filing Requirement for Participants
Participants in the test must submit export manifest data electronically to ACE at least four hours prior to cargo loading. Voluntary Participation — No Fees
If you are involved in air cargo exports, you may join the voluntary ACE Export Manifest for Air Cargo Test at any time during the test period by emailing CBP. The notice states applications are accepted at any time during the test and participation carries no extra fees.
