If you are a not-for-profit or a State, local, or Tribal government that applies for Low Power FM (LPFM) station permits, the FCC is requesting a three-year extension of OMB Control Number 3060-0920 for Form 2100, Schedule 318. LPFM Online Public-Notice Requirement
If you file an application to construct a new LPFM station, you must post local public notice on your station, licensee, parent-entity website, or a publicly accessible, locally targeted website for 30 consecutive days, beginning within five business days of acceptance, and link to the application in the FCC's LMS database. This online notice requirement is set out in 47 CFR 73.3580 as amended.
