Reporting Burden for Native Libraries

If your library received a Native American Basic grant for 2026–2028, you must complete the IMLS Final Performance Report Form once using the standardized form and instructions. IMLS estimates 150 respondents will each spend an average of 1.5 hours per response, for a total of 225 burden hours and a total annual cost burden of $7,419.
