One-time $9,200 Upgrade Fee Removed
If you are a market participant that uses a dedicated cabinet, the Exchange deleted a one-time Cabinet Upgrade Fee of $9,200 that was charged when additional power above 11 kW was requested. This change is operative upon filing (filed May 7, 2026), so Users requesting extra power — either at setup or later — will no longer pay the $9,200 one-time charge.
Monthly kW Charges Remain in Place
Even after removing the one-time upgrade fee, the Exchange will continue to charge a monthly fee based on the total kilowatts (kW) allocated to all of a User's dedicated cabinets. The deletion does not change the existing monthly kW-based charge structure.
