Removal of $9,200 Cabinet Upgrade Fee

If you are a market participant that uses NYSE American colocation, you will no longer have to pay the one-time Cabinet Upgrade Fee of $9,200 when you request additional power for a dedicated cabinet above 11 kW. The Exchange filed the change on May 7, 2026 and the Commission made it effective upon filing; you will still pay a monthly fee based on the total kilowatts (kW) allocated to your cabinets.
