Eligibility and Security Conditions for Afrikaner Refugees
Afrikaners from South Africa processed consistent with Executive Order 14204 may, if otherwise qualified, be considered refugees for admission within their countries of nationality or habitual residence for Fiscal Year 2026. Those admissions remain subject to Presidential policies and security requirements, including Executive Orders 14161, 14163, and 14204 and Proclamation 10998.
