EDGA Will Use TXSE CQS/UQDF Data

If you trade on or interact with Cboe EDGA, the Exchange will include Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) market data from the Consolidated Quotation System (CQS) and the UTP Quotation Data Feed (UQDF) when performing order handling, routing, execution, and related compliance processes. TXSE is expected to commence trading between July 2, 2026 and July 17, 2026.

Rule Change Became Effective Immediately

The Exchange's amendment to Rule 13.4(a) became operative upon filing after the Commission waived the usual 30-day operative delay. The filing date was May 15, 2026, and the Commission designated the proposal operative upon filing.

Exchange Says No Added Costs or Delays

The Exchange stated that adding TXSE and updating the Nasdaq BX name to Nasdaq Texas to Rule 13.4(a) is not expected to impose any additional costs or delays on market participants. The Exchange also stated it does not believe the change will impose any unnecessary burden on competition.
