Key West Waterways Temporary Enforcement

On June 13, 2026, the U.S. Coast Guard will enforce a special local regulation in the College of the Florida Keys Swim Around Key West regulated area from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you operate any vessel inside that regulated area during those hours, you must follow directions from the Patrol Commander or any Official Patrol displaying a Coast Guard ensign. The enforcement is for safety and will be announced via Local Notice to Mariners, marine broadcasts, and on-scene representatives.
