You cannot enter, transit through, anchor in, or remain in the Ohio River between mile markers 803 and 805 near Henderson, KY from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. on July 3, 2026 unless you get permission from the Captain of the Port Ohio Valley (COTP) or their designated representative. To seek permission, contact the COTP or their representative on VHF-FM channel 16 or by telephone at 1-800-253-7465.

Registered participants are allowed

People and vessels that are registered with the event sponsor as participants in the fireworks display are permitted in the regulated area during the event. Participant status is defined by registration with the event sponsor and enforcement will allow those participants to be present in the zone.
