NIH Grant Panels Meet Virtually in July

The NIH Center for Scientific Review will hold several closed virtual meetings on July 14, July 15, and July 16, 2026 to review and evaluate grant applications for multiple panels (for example: High Priority HIV and Substance Use Research; Pathobiology of Kidney Disease; Neurobiology; Nutrition, Diet, Obesity and Diabetes; and others). These meetings are where decisions are made about which research projects receive NIH funding.

These NIH review meetings are closed to the public under sections 552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6), Title 5 U.S.C., and pursuant to section 1009 of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, to protect confidential trade secrets, patentable material, and personal information in grant applications.
