New 4 kW Partial Cabinet Option

The Exchange will add a new Partial Cabinet Solution bundle (Option B) that provides up to 4 kW of cabinet power. The new Option B is distinct from the existing 2 kW Option A and will be available no later than October 31, 2026.

Upfront Charges for PCS Bundles

The Fee Schedule shows an initial charge of $10,000 for the existing 2 kW Partial Cabinet Solution (Option A) and an initial network charge of $12,000 shown for the new 4 kW Partial Cabinet Solution (Option B). These upfront fees will apply when a User purchases the respective PCS bundle.

Eligibility, Limits, and Certification Rules

To qualify for a Partial Cabinet Solution bundle a User must (1) purchase only one PCS bundle, (2) not currently have a PCS bundle, and (3) after purchase have an Aggregate Cabinet Footprint of no more than 2 kW for Option A or 4 kW for Option B. A User requesting a PCS bundle must certify whether any other Users or Hosted Customers are Affiliates and that the post-purchase Aggregate Cabinet Footprint meets the applicable limit.
