Published Date: 6/29/2026

Notice

Summary

NYSE Texas is updating its fee schedule by removing the old 1 Gb optic access service since it’s outdated. They’re also making it clearer where the faster 10 Gb and 40 Gb optic circuits connect. These changes affect anyone using NYSE Texas’s data center connections and take effect right away, helping users understand their options better without changing prices.

Analyzed Economic Effects

2 provisions identified: 2 benefits, 0 costs, 0 mixed.

1 Gb Optic Access Removed

If you use NYSE Texas colocation services, the Fee Schedule deletes the "Optic Access Circuit--1 Gb" service as obsolete. The deleted line showed a $1,500 initial charge plus a $650 monthly charge; the deletion is effective immediately (filed June 17, 2026).

10/40 Gb Circuits Limited Access Centers

If you connect 10 Gb or 40 Gb Optic Access circuits to NYSE Texas, those circuits will no longer connect to three named Obsolete Access Centers: 111 Eighth Avenue (New York, NY), 32 Avenue of the Americas (New York, NY), and 165 Halsey (Newark, NJ). The 10 Gb and 40 Gb circuits remain available to the Secaucus and Carteret, New Jersey access centers and other offered circuits; this clarification is effective immediately.
