Five-Year Review of Wind Tower Duties

If you work for or own a U.S. company that makes, imports, or buys utility scale wind towers, the U.S. International Trade Commission began reviews on July 1, 2026 to decide whether revoking countervailing duty orders on wind towers from India and Malaysia and antidumping duty orders on wind towers from India, Malaysia, and Spain would likely cause material injury to U.S. producers. Interested parties must submit information by July 31, 2026, and may file comments on adequacy by September 8, 2026.
